ATTENTION!! The upcoming May release will require .NET Framework version 4.8. SaaS clients will be updated over the next couple of weeks. For all on-premise clients, please confirm that your agency is running this version on both servers and workstations. If not, kindly have your IT department complete the update by April 30, 2025. The update can be downloaded directly from the Microsoft website.
NEW Tenmast Release Policy
We are implementing a new release policy for the Tenmast clients. The releases will happen in two phases. The first phase will contain half of the SaaS clients and the second phase will contain the rest of the SaaS clients and all the On-prem clients that connect through TeamViewer.
A planned maintenance release will occur over the next two weekends. During the update period, your agency may experience limited availability of the product. Update schedules are as follows:
- Friday, April 11 between 11:00 PM ET and Saturday, April 12 4:00 AM ET: SaaS Clients A-H and all internal databases
- Friday, April 18 between 11:00 PM ET and Saturday, April 19 12:00 PM ET: All other SaaS Clients and All On Premise Clients
For all On Premise Clients: If your agency has not established an active TeamViewer connection to your SERVER for us to access your system, we strongly recommend that you contact Customer Service to establish a connection as soon as possible, so that the updates can be applied promptly on April 18.
Version 4.33.2 Release Notes
Release Date: 3/14/2025
Version: 4.33.2
HIP and HOTMA Delay Notice:
On September 18, 2024, HUD announced that the income and asset provisions of the HOTMA Section 102 and 104 Final Rule that require the new HUD-50058 form will not be required effective January 1, 2025. This delay is due to the Housing Information Portal (HIP) not yet being released. This version of WT2+ contains functionality that will be used in the future integration of transitioning your agency to HIP and capturing HOTMA changes.

Bug Fixes and Improvements:
New incident included: On the Portability Move In certification type, field 12d for Housing Choice Voucher and field 21d for MTW, “Moved into jurisdiction under portability” now always equals "Y". (IR-126855).
50058 PIC Submissions:
- For non-MTW program types, the eTrans value for 2i (next reexamination date) on interim certifications now calculates correctly. This issue does not affect the certification record's next reexamination date nor the upcoming annuals list in WT2+. (IR-124946)
- For regular MTW program types, the eTrans value for 2i now equals the certification’s value for 2i (projected effective date of next reexamination) when an alternative reexamination schedule is selected (i.e., biennial, triennial). (IR-126589)
- Historical Adjustment (eTrans 14) records can now be created without error. ETrans 14 records now populate with data from the household’s latest finalized certification that wasn’t created during software conversion. (IR-113357)
- On the FSS addendum eTrans 08 submission record creation, field 2k on 08 ‘enrollment’ now equals ‘Y' instead of 'N'. (IR-103412)
Family Self Sufficiency (FSS):
- The false error has been fixed that had occurred when attempting to create a FSS submission code (eTrans 8) for a participant’s exit from FSS. The error stated: “The current record is an invalid state and cannot be saved. Please correct the following before saving: If both FSS report category and WtW report category equal X or are blank, Child Receiving Child Care must equal zero.” (IR-124368)
- Line 15 (TTP) on the old FSS Escrow Credit Worksheet has been now populates with the correct TTP value. (IR-124324)
- Line G on the new FSS Escrow Credit Worksheet now rounds .50 up to the nearest dollar. For example: $101.50 will now round to $102. (IR-124303)
- On the FSS Case’s eTrans listing, the HUD-50058 print preview has been fixed to show the correct field 2a (Type of Action) value for the eTrans being previewed. (IR-124298)
- To enhance usability of the FSS Case List, the field, “Household ID,” has been added to the FSS Case List column chooser. (TM-10198)
Hardship Case Management:
- Changes to the Hardship Category on a Hardship Case now save to the database. (IR-125037)
- The Hardship Activity grid’s Processed Date has been fixed to populate with the Hardship Case’s Processed/Effective Date. (IR-124893)
Inspections:
- The WT2+ Schedule Inspection screen's Section 8 "Requested Inspections" list now only shows Section 8 inspections. (IR-114426)
Moving to Work (MTW):
- The MTW HUD-50058 form’s field 21n (MTW Tenant-Based/Project-Based Tenant rent) now displays the correct value on the PIC 50058 print preview. (IR-125564)
- The MTW custom rent calculation type, “MTW Tenant/Project based,” now rounds the TTP calculation on each step. (IR-120277)
- Opening an MTW certification using the custom rent calculation type, "MTW Flat Rent," no longer prompts the user with the warning stating, “Flat Rent can not be empty on this Unit,” when Flat Rent has a value. (IR-106826)
Multi-Family (TRACS):
- The MAT 70 field 28 has been fixed. (IR-123800)
- On the voucher's HUD 52670-A Part 3 form, the “Requested Amount” has been corrected. (IR-122318)
- Users can now successfully gather for a voucher that had been previously deleted. Previously, users received an error when regathering for the same month stating, "A voucher already exists for this Property and Voucher Date." (IR-103078)
- Re-opened Gross Rent Change certifications now populate the MAT 70 record's 27 (Correction Type) field correctly. (IR-108059)
Occupancy and Rent Calculation (ORC):
- On Housing Choice Vouchers New Admission certifications, field 12d will only equal 'Y' if the household has an active portability record. (IR-123350)
- Housing Choice Voucher certifications where the unit address (certification field 5a) is more than 50 characters can now be finalized without error. (IR-112764)

- The Certification Search screen’s in process and completed tabs now always show the correct unit project. (IR-122704, IR-112485)
Tenant Accounts Receivable (TAR):
- When a tenant changes subsidy but continues to live in the same unit with a new development on the unit, new TAR accounts are created. If this happens and the certification dates are in the future, a change has been made to prevent lockbox (EPF) payments from applying to the future TAR account instead of the current TAR account. (IR-124808)
Reports:
- Purchase Orders Reports can now return results when filtering by the “department” field (department name). (IR-115094)
Voucher Management System (VMS):
- Users can now use the "view changes" functionality that lists changes between the current VMS gather and the latest submitted VMS gather. The prior months corrections report now reflects changes for all VMS UML and HAP Expenses reporting fields. (IR-121394, IR-121394, IR-119244)
- All UML and HAP Expenses reporting fields and View Details listings have been reviewed for accuracy. Fixes to the reporting fields include, but are not limited to: VASH (IR-126485), Emergency Housing Voucher (EHV) (IR-125321)
